About Me

Well where should I begin, I've never done one of these "about me" pages before. Well it's obvious i love the show known as Freedom. It's not the only show I love though. My other favorite show that is currently on the air is First Wave which is on the Sci-Fi Channel. The show will begin season 3 on Jnauary 8th, 2001, currently no reruns are airing. Typical Sci-Fi Channel, but check out my web site on that in the links section.

Some of the things I like to do in my free time are writing, sometimes reading, and trying to figure out what to do next. One of my biggest projects, is I am the editor of the official newsletter of First Wave, aptly named The Brethren Chronicle. It started out unofficial and all, just a by the fans for the fans, and we sent issues to the cast and crew to have something to do during a break. Well the creator of the show and a few others on the show e-mailed us, and were eager to help and do interviews. From there we became official back in the summer. We just had our one year anniversary of being around. I run it with my best friend, Nei, she is the best.

Other than the newsletter, we're starting up a new Sci-Fi Zine, called Myth. We are going to do a feature article on Freedom for it, or well I am. Myth will only be available in print (snail mail). There are more details regarding Myth, but this isn't the place for it, just e-mail me :-) I will say however, that most of our proceeds are going to charity, not to us.

Now a little more about me, personally. Not too much mind you ;-) Well currently I reside in Madison, Wisconsin. Yeah I know, the Cheese State. My fav sports are Tennis, Baseball, Hockey. My fav movies are too numerous to list, but tops are Dark City, Gladiator, The Crow, Phantasm, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, Army of Darkness and Evil Dead 2, and the list goes on and on...

For tv shows, I primarily stick to Sci-Fi shows. Although there one was show, while not really a sitcom was labeled as one. It was a show called Sports Night. Being perfectly honest, it was one of, if not the best half hour of television I've ever seen. ABC treated it like shit, when critics and the public loved it. Ratings were always going up, and TV Guide called it "The Best Show you're not watching."

Ok, now my fav Sci-Fi shows, I have quite the list so bare with me. Ok in no particular order. First Wave, Freedom, Quantum Leap, Space Above and Beyond, first three seasons of X-files (when there was still an x in x-files), Vr. 5, American Gothic, Friday the 13th the Series, and last and certainly not least BrimStone.

Well that concludes this broadcast, have a good one!
