Ever since the appearance of the mermaid in mythology, the truth has eluded any proof of their existence. Mermaids were said to lead sailors to their deaths, with no human females found, the proof was right there. These mermaids were really Mermen who were searching for virgin women and the pure souls that they possessed. They would do so by emitting a low level hum that would hypnotize and stun females within a certain radius. Killing the sailors was nature as they stood in the way of getting to the virginal women. Mermen share a collective mind much like that of a beehive. At the same time, the Mermen have a collective memory and can recall events from a couple years ago of what happened to one of their brethren. Mermen also have very sensitive hearing and that is a huge weakness when placed in an aquarium cell. Excessive tapping on the glass drives them nuts. |
